DAY 1: CAMBODIA NORTHERN MOTORBIKE TOURS: SIEM REAP MOTORCYCLE TOURS TO PREAH KHAN THEN TRANSFER TO KOMPONG THOM – 250KM

After a delicious breakfast, we will make a motorbike tour from our hotel and we will get used to the fresh maintained bikes and the chaotic traffic of Cambodia. We will start our ride through the highway to reach the Angkorian Bridge in Kompong Kdey. We will then ride a motorcycle to one of the most hidden temples of Cambodia the Prasat Preah Khan. These old ruins are also a must seen place for motorcycle travellers in Cambodia.

DAY 2: CAMBODIA NORTHERN MOTORBIKE TOURS: KOMPONG THOM MOTORBIKE TOURS TO SAMBOUR PREAH KUK THEN TRANSFER TO TBEANG MEANCHEY – 180KM

In the morning we will make a journey to the temples of Sambour Preah Kuk. A guide will bring us around the 1000-year-old temple complex and will explain us the history of the Khmer culture. A long gravel road leads us to Tbeang Meanchey. To enjoy the ride we will get off the road if there is enough! This evening, we will enjoy a traditional BBQ restaurant.

DAY 3: CAMBODIA NORTHERN MOTORBIKE TOURS: TBEANG MEANCHEY MOTORCYCLE TOURS TO PREAH VIHEAR TEMPLE – 150KM

One of the most significant temples in Cambodia is the Prasath Preah Vihear on a 500m high plateau on the borderline to Thailand. We will explore this place for an hour before we get to Chaom Khsant, a nearby village on the edge of the Dangrek Mountains in the North of Cambodia where will stay overnight.

DAY 4: CAMBODIA NORTHERN MOTORBIKE TOURS: PREAH VIHEAR MOTORBIKE TOURS TO KOKER THEN TRANSFER TO SIEM REAP – 180KM

Since the year 2004, it is possible for tourists to see the temple of Koker again. The Khmer Rouge in the civil war in the 70’s has heavily mined them. As it is safe now this less travelled place of Cambodia will be our destination lunch In the afternoon, we will take a ride to Siem Riep around 3 pm

Technical Support: In case of technical breakdown, we replace the bike with the same type. If an issue shortens your ride, you are refunded for unused days.

5 of us did the 10 day Northern Vietnam Off-road Loop at the end of November, very ably assisted by by our guide, Giang, and support vehicle driver, Dong.We logged over 1800km in 9 days of riding, saw some absolutely amazing scenery, partook in local delicacies, met and partied with ethnic people and had an epic trip.Everything around the trip was managed efficiently by Mike Dong, including organising Vietnamese drivers licences for us all. The bikes we had (CRF300L) performed well with only two flat tyres to speak of. The accommodation choices (apart from one night) were comfortable and adequate, the meals were delicious and plentiful.The whole trip went like clockwork and we got to see places few other tourist would ever get to see.I would definitely recommend this tour or shorter trips if you feel 10 days is a bit much.

He showed us beautiful places, introduced us to local culture and was able to tell us an incredible amount about the country. Brilliant 6 days, the tours are road based with a little bit of riding on un paved roads, Ducky was our guide, ex-road racer which suited us as we like to push on. Was amazing to see all the villagers, people waving, nothing like miserable old England where everyone thinks your doing something illegal. We did a 10 day tour. Lihn was our guide. Great guy. We had a Canadian guy join us, so 4 in total. Amazing time, 10 days few by. I had a gopro on my helmet facing forward, Lihn had one facing back.
